Redemption & Delivery
- To redeem the gift rewards, member is required to send a screenshot of the Product page OR send the Product Code (example: 7STC100001) to 7Slots Customer Service Representatives.
- Please provide a valid delivery address for shipping purposes. Shipping fees are included upon delivery.
- Estimated time of delivery is 2 weeks from the redemption date of each item.
- All goods are non-refundable and cannot be returned once shipped out.

- (S) Point and/or (S) Credit will be auto deducted by system upon successful redemption. Any modification or cancelation of the redemption request is not allowed.
